About Tempura Group
Founded just six days before the second COVID-19 lockdown, Tempura Group has expanded quickly despite challenging circumstances. Starting with a single restaurant in Ayr, the group now operates:

The Challenge

Tempura 2 Go moved from telephone and walk-in ordering to a QikServe-powered online ordering system integrated with SPOS. Customers can browse menus, order, and pay online; orders are automatically printed in the kitchen at the appropriate time for collection. The change reduced order errors, sped up prep times, and provided a far better customer experience.
