Nico Simeone approached ACR Epos Systems in 2015, to discuss a reliable, and affordable Epos System for his first restaurant, little did ACR know at the time, that this was a first of his many ventures.
Nico liked the look of the Sharp Epos System, and the features that it offered to his business. The system that ACR and Sharp were offering allowed Nico’s Staff to take Customers Order direct from the table using the Handheld Ordering Systems. This process is very reliable and reduces any errors going to the kitchen, but also drastically speeds up the Customer Order process, this ultimately allows the staff to focus further on the customer to allow the customer to enjoy their experience at Six By Nico.
Project conclusion
Since the first site was installed at Glasgow in 2015, Nico has developed a relationship with ACR, to install the Sharp system, at all his other sites, in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast, Liverpool, Manchester and London.Using the Sharp Epos System, the Sales data is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at head office to allow the monitoring of Revenue and Stock information brought in from all sites.
Nico also utilised the Time and Attendance module to enable his employees to clock in and clock out of there shifts using the Biometric fingerprint reader, which is a very accurate process which then stops any errors for payroll.
